Pick up your Brown Bags in the narthex on Sundays. Fill em up and bring them with you to church December 28th
Your donations help our neighbors at Our Neighbors Farm & Pantry. They appreciate your donations greatly.
We will have a brown bag Sunday every last Sunday of each month.

December 11th
United Women in faith invite all to their Christmas Potluck & Meeting December 11th starting at 10am in the Fellowship Hall. Invite a friend or two. We'd love for you to bring a side dish or dessert to share. Ham, potatoes and rolls will be provided.
The Lunch Bunch group will meet this day, same time, same place. UWF gladly will accept lunch donations for lunch bunch folk or bring a side dish or dessert to share!

CHANGE OF DATES: The WE CARE team will meet at 1:00PM in the Fellowship Hall for their holiday potluck & meeting.
December 21st
The Longest Night Service:
The Longest Night Service will be December 21st at 7:00PM in the sanctuary.
The Longest Night (Blue Christmas) Worship is a service designed to provide comfort and hope during the holiday, for those who are grieving or facing loss. This service allows individuals to acknowledge their feelings of loss and to find solace in the presence of God. The service will include prayers, reflection, candle lighting and a sacred space for worship and community support.
December 24th
A Family Christmas Service will be December 24th in the sanctuary at 4:00pm
December 25th & 26th
Church Office is closed Dec. 25th and the 26th.

Sidewalk Sunday School
SIDEWALK SUNDAY SCHOOL IS OPEN! Our last day for 2025 will be December 17th when we will have Jesus' birthday party!
Have you heard!? SWSS received a grant to buy another vehicle to transport our children for the Sidewalk Sunday School program. THANK YOU so much City of Safford.
If you'd like to register your child(ren) feel free to stop by Wednesday afternoon about 3pm. Ask for Jackie
This after school program has grown so much that we are in need of another van for transportation. Do you know someone at a dealership, know of any for sale, at auction ect? Contact Jackie White for more details.
This program is FREE!!
(We follow Safford School times, but kids from any school are welcome)
Games, snacks, Bible stories, crafts and more fun!
Transportation from Dorothy Stinson to FUMC is provided.
After SWSS, transportation to the Boys & Girls Club is provided for those who need it.

DID YOU KNOW WE OFFER MANY different meeting groups
We host AA, CMA, HA ect. different days of the week.
AA meetings are: Every Monday & Wednesdays at 9:00AM
CMA meetings are: Friday's at 7:00PM and Saturday evenings at 6:00PM
